Le Morne

Le Morne is a famous tourist destination located on the southwest coast of Mauritius. It is renowned with the Le Morne Brabant Mountain, which has gained worldwide recognition and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as enchanting coral reefs, white sandy beaches, and turquoise waters.

With a height of 556 meters, Le Morne Brabant Mountain is the tallest mountain in Mauritius and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The mountain has also been used as a refuge for former slaves who sought shelter there in the past. Today, due to its natural beauty and historical significance, the mountain is frequently visited by tourists.
